I have been so excited to post about Laura & Dimitris’s gorgeous July 30th wedding at the Reidel Farm Estate in Fridley, Minnesota.  The Riedel Farm adds a simple, modern feel to the ever desired farm themed wedding.  This amazing couple focused on what’s important to them, family, intimate details and good food 🙂  Dimitris’s family is from Greece and flew over to the states to witness this beautiful occasion.  They didn’t speak english but I fell in LOVE with them.  They are kindred spirts and I felt like I was a part of their family.  Some of my favorite details of the day were their homemade cookie bar!  Laura is an avid baker and is always doing so for family and friends.  So of course they had to do it at their wedding.  I also loved that they incorporated elements and tradions of Greece in their wedding as well.  My favorite was when they recited their vows in Greek, such a beautiful moment.  Even their food was Greek inspired.  They had fabulous catering by the Chow Girls in Minneapolis…they had some to die for Watermelon Basil soup!  I also loved their flowers from Petalum! And now on to the photo goodness!!
